  • Enrollment: The Life Time Warranty Program must be added to your purchase at a cost of 10% of the product price.
  • Benefits: By joining this program, we cover all shipping and packaging fees related to warranty claims.
  • Priority Service: Customers enrolled in the Life Time Warranty Program receive priority service for any claims.

9. Final Decision

  • All final decisions regarding refunds, returns, and warranty claims are made by One More Rep.
